Pacific Homes & Construction is a small licensed outfit. You get the same person for the walkthrough, the estimate and the punch list — so nothing gets lost between a salesman and a subcontractor.
We build for what Guam actually does to a house: salt air, humidity, rain intrusion, and the concrete repair that comes with all three. Electrical and plumbing are handled in-house rather than subcontracted, which is the reason our schedules hold.
