Estimates are free, including the on-site walkthrough. Call or send a photo on WhatsApp — you will get Matt directly.
Photos help a lot. Send them on WhatsApp any time — a few pictures of the room usually answer more than a phone call can.

Common questions
Questions people ask
Do I need a permit to remove an internal wall?
Usually, yes — and always if the wall is load-bearing. We handle the permit as part of the job. Removing a structural wall without one is the kind of shortcut that surfaces years later when you try to sell.
How long does a kitchen or bathroom take?
A bathroom is typically two to four weeks, a kitchen three to six, depending on what is behind the wall and how long materials take to arrive. We give you a schedule in writing with the estimate, and you hear from us if anything moves.
Do you work with insurance claims?
Yes. Fire and water restoration usually runs through a claim, so we document the damage and the work as we go and provide what the adjuster needs.
Are you licensed and insured?
Licensed general contractor CLB22-1786, verifiable with the Guam Contractors Licensing Board, and insured. Ask any contractor for their number — it should be given without hesitation.
What does an estimate cost?
Nothing. The walkthrough and the written estimate are free, anywhere on Guam.
Do you work everywhere on Guam?
Yes — every village, north to south. The walkthrough is free wherever the job is, so distance does not change what an estimate costs you.
Who will actually be on my job?
Matt, the owner, is on every job site, and one crew runs the work from start to finish. The person who quotes the job is the person who signs off the punch list — there is no handoff to a subcontractor you have never met.
Do I need to find my own electrician or plumber?
No. Electrical and plumbing are handled in-house as part of the job. That is not a detail — it is the reason the schedule holds, because we are never waiting on someone else to turn up.
How do you build for salt air and storms?
Details chosen for island conditions rather than a mainland spec sheet: corrosion-resistant fixings and finishes, concrete detailed for what salt does to it over time, and repairs that address why something failed instead of covering it up.
What do you need from me to give me an estimate?
A rough idea of the work and access to the space. Photographs help a great deal before the visit — a wide shot of the room and a close-up of whatever is failing is usually enough — and you can send them on WhatsApp.
Can you quote from photographs alone?
We can give you a rough idea, but not a written estimate. What is behind a wall decides most of the price on a renovation, and that is what the on-site walkthrough is for. It is free, so there is nothing to lose by having us look.
What happens after I send an enquiry?
Matt reads every one himself and replies personally to arrange the walkthrough. If it is urgent, calling gets you straight to him.
