Terms of use
These cover the website. The contract for your job is a separate signed document, and it is the one that governs the work.
Last updated 21 August 2026.
This site is not a contract
Everything here — service descriptions, past projects, timelines — is information about what we do. It is not an offer, a quote, or a promise about your job. A price becomes real when it is in a written estimate signed by Matt Kahler, and the terms of that document take precedence over anything on this website.
Estimates
Submitting the form starts a conversation. It does not book work, hold a place in the schedule, or commit either of us to anything. We will come and look at the job before quoting it.
Project photographs
The before-and-after photos on this site are our own completed jobs on Guam. They show what was done on that property, under those conditions. Your job is a different building with different problems, and nothing here guarantees a particular result on it.
Licensing
Pacific Homes & Construction, LLC holds Guam contractor licence CLB22-1786. If a licence number matters for your permit or your lender, ask us and we will give you the current documentation directly rather than have you rely on a web page.
You do not have to take our word for it. A licence can be checked with the Guam Contractors License Board, which is also where a homeowner takes a complaint about licensed work. Any contractor should give you their number without hesitating — ours is above.
Our content
The text, photographs and design on this site belong to Pacific Homes & Construction, LLC. Please do not republish our project photographs as though they were your own work. Linking to a page here is welcome and needs no permission.
Blog articles
Articles about salt exposure, typhoon preparation, spalling and permits are written from experience on this island. They are general guidance, not an inspection of your building. If something is structural, have someone look at it.
Links to other sites
Where we link to a government office, a permitting authority or a supplier, we do not control what is on the other end and are not responsible for it.
Availability
We keep this site up, but we do not promise it will never be offline. If it is down and you need us, call 671 683-8332 or message us on WhatsApp (opens in a new tab).
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Territory of Guam and, where it applies, the federal law of the United States. Any dispute belongs in the courts of Guam, where the work is performed and the licence is held.
Nothing here removes a right the law gives you as a consumer. Where a term below and the law disagree, the law wins.
